UPS and USPS send you an email after your order ships.

Unless you have sent RUSH type of order, PLEASE allow us a few days for processing. Calling just makes delays when we must pull your order out to reply to you.

FOR YOUR TRACKING:
We cannot track by phone:
Please try tracking from the email we send you. You won't be able to track it until it ships. So if you order over weekend, we will get the order Monday to begin processing it.  We email the tracking number when we ship.

On sugarcraft.com, menu left/top, click "Track by UPS"
Open a new window (UPS website):
Using Explorer, when you click the link, then click "Open in a new window"
Using Safari, right click and "Open in a new Window"

Or click this link ...and then "Open in new window" for ups.com and track:
-> Reference number is your invoice number
-> Choose Country
-> Add zip
-> Press "Track"

MANUALLY TRACK YOUR ORDER SHIPPED BY UPS by going to UPS.COM and find the tracking info:
Go to www.ups.com
   -> see options across top of page, click on "Tracking"
     -> click "Track Shipments"
       -> click on "Track by reference number"  reference number is your invoice number
ON UPS TRACKING SCREEN:
-> Choose Country
-> Add zip
-> Press "Track"

If it has shipped by at least the day before it will show up the details.

Or email us: Please allow ample time for us to ship. (8-10 days for Standard UPS Ground).
After that time, I will check for you if you include these 3 items:
1. copy of order showing the products ordered
2. invoice number
3. ship-to zipcode
Send email with above information if you cannot track it after a few days.

HOLIDAYS
2 day or 3 day *RUSH* orders: Last day for shipping is Friday (of Holiday upcoming) for orders arriving before 2pm (EST).
Shipping USPS or UPS GROUND: Any order arriving after 2pm (est) Thursday will ship Tuesday following Christmas. 
NOTE: Date above are for general information. Some years the last day may change because Friday falls on Christmas day etc. 

Pleae refer to our shipping page for all other shipping questions. All orders arrive at destinations withing the 48 states within 4-5 days, even as far away as California. Please also allow processing time. Rush orders ship at the earliest time possible.

Shippers offer no refund for any rush type order arriving after 2pm est as above.
Neither do they offer refund for inclement weather problems.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING

States surrounding Ohio have been getting pkgs within 2 workdays (UPS closed Sat. & Sun.). It may take up to 8 days for Calif.  Give us a little more time during Holiday rush! All orders that arrive will be shipped. We do not guarantee rush delivery unless you choose 2-DAY or NEXT-DAY Shipping Method. We will make every effort to get your products shipped the day orders arrive, (except for Mondays when we have hundreds extra because of the weekend). We will maintain regular shipping hours up to 12/24. That day UPS will ONLY pickup 2-DAY and NEXT-DAY pkgs. Regular shipping will resume 12/27. Sugarcraft will be closed Dec. 24 at noon, closed all day Dec. 25 & 26th... HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OUR WONDERFUL FRIENDS!

Orders usually ship in 2-4 days. Please allow more time for items with longer availabilities.

If the date has passed for your destination, don't worry--you can still send an e-mail gift certificate with an e-card.

December 10 Last day to order items shipping to APO or FPO addresses.
December 13 Last day to order certain oversize items.
December 18 Last day to order items using Standard Shipping, including paper gift certificates.
December 21 Last day to order items using Two-Day Shipping.
December 22 Last day to order items using Next-Day Shipping.
December 24 Orders placed today will arrive after Christmas, but there's still time to send an e-mail Gift Card - Add any 'special message' to recipient in our message box with order. Sent free in an envelope, or included with orders for usual shipping cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

THANKSGIVING:UPS  does not run at all the Friday after. USPS mail DOES run. But the Post Office offers no absolute delivery date guarantees of specific delivery dates. You are welcome to werite in and have us ship by USPS, but you nor I will be able to track the package after it ships. Please don't ask.

  • You must allow 8-10 days before checking unless it was a rush order.
  • NOTIFICATIONS: UPS will issue a tracking number the day they pick up pkgs at our store and it will be emailed to you the following day. The only reason it will not have shipped within the above times is if we special order something for you. In this case we will have phoned or emailed you. Please check your voice mails before emailing us. If your pkg cannot be tracked, it is either shipping today or is still in processing to ship another day.
  • We only can ship on WEEKDAYS.

  • DELAYS: At peak shipping times such as November for Christmas and May for Graduation, please order early! There may be delays of 4-7 days. Or choose rush type of shipping at those times.

    HAVE US DO THE TRACKING FOR YOU
  • It is not possible to track an order if you chose "No Insurance" by USPS. That is the same as an envelope. If it is lost or stolen it cannot be retrieved and no compensation is allowed.
  • If we have shipped your package, at least 1 day before, UPS will show the shipment details.
  • If no information is available, wait 1 or 2 more days and try again.
  • If your package has not arrived as you requested: via 2 week days, 3 week days or 6-10 weekdays, you are welcome to Contact Us us for details. Please include a copy of the order.

    AFTER PACKAGE SHIPS, the U.S.P.S. will email you the shipping notification.

    SHIPPING
  • DEFAULTS: If your address is within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, the default shipping method is UPS GROUND. If we find it will cost you more in shipping cost by UPS, we switch to USPS.
  • Canada is shipped UPS Standard unless the USPS is requested by you. (If rush shipment to Canada is needed, you must choose INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS which is about 3 weekdays but is NOT guaranteed. Add need-by date in message box at checkout).
  • All other packages shipped outside the U.S.A. are shipped via INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS other than Guam, Porta Rico, APO's etc.

    RUSH ORDERS All 2 or 3 day guaranteed packages ship the very first shipment day possible. May ship the SAME day and even within the hour, when order arrives by NOON est weekdays. If there is any problem, we will phone you.

    UPGRADING
    Though you can choose faster shipment options from our drop-down box at checkout, you may decide later to request upgrading. This must be done via email BEFORE the pkg ships. Choose 2 or 3 dya rush type of shipment. You are required to provide copy of products invoice.
    WARNING: When emailing for any reason, to prevent delays while we reply requesting it, you must provide us with a copy of your order showing the invoice we emailed you for your order originally.


    VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    BILLING ADDRESS: As order processes, we will check your house number and zipcode. When your order is complete and you recieve our automated email, check the copy with subject heading...your inv# - APPROVED. Check for errors. If you see an error such as "Address verification results unknown" it means that you have either provided an incorrect BILLING address, used a gift card not allowed (only Sugarcraft gift cards are allowed), or you are overseas and your country's bank has not entered your address into our VisaNet checking system. INTERNATIONAL VERIFICATION: See link to send verification just after you send your order. Under no circumstance will Sugarcraft send a pkg until payment is verified against lost or stolen credid cards!

  • Special order products - add 10-15 extra days to shipping time.

    DELAYS:
  • Check for voice mail in case we've back/ordered a product for you. If your order cannot be tracked, it is either shipping today or is still in processing to ship another day. You cannot track it until the day after it ships.

  • If you need to email us, we require your complete copy of the order, the copy that shows your products, NOT the APPROVED copy! I cannot locate orders without name and invoice number and zipcode.
  • All 2 or 3 day packages ship the very next shipping day possible. May ship same day if here by noon EST.



  • DECLINED FOR PAYMENT ERRORS

    Check your APPROVED or DECLINED emailed copy that was automatically emailed to you when order was sent to us.
  • If you provide a BILLING address other than what the bank stored for electronic purchase, it will DECLINE for payment. All addresses are checked by our safe, secure processing company before payment is sent and order can complete.

    IF ORDER DECLINES PAYMENT
  • It means insufficient funds
  • Incorrect BILLING address
  • Or wrong exp. date or security code was sent.
  • For ADDRESS problem, try the old address if you have moved since applying for this credit card. You can always call your bank to determine the correct address by asking them to tell you the electronic address they have for payments online.
  • If a customer chooses an impossible shipping method, we will notify you by email. Our shipping dept. can fix this for you. If you need to know the shipping cost, drop all items into shopping cart and see cost after you've chosen the correct shipment option. Do not proceed to add name/address again.
